Motivace zaměstnanců ve firmě MACTE spol. s. r.o.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců ve firmě MACTE spol. s r.o. Prvním cílem je zjištění současného stavu v oblasti systému odměňování (mzda, benefity). Tyto informace budou zjištěny analýzou sekundárních dat z firmy. Dále bude v bakalářské práci zjišťována spokojenost zaměstnanců s těmito stimuly a jejich názory, jak vybrané stimuly ovlivňují sílu motivace zaměstnanců a jejich pracovní chování pomocí dotazníkového šetření. První část bakalářské práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky motivace a stimulace. Druhá část se zabývá charakteristikou firmy MACTE spol. s r.o. Třetí část se zabývá analýzou motivace ve firmě MACTE spol. s r.o. V závěrečné kapitole jsou na základě této analýzy firmě navrhnuty různé návrhy a doporučení.

The bachelor thesis concerns the motivation of employees in MACTE company s.r.o. First goal is to evaluate the current condition of benefit system (salary, bonuses). This information will be researched by analysis of secondary data obtained from the company. As a next step, there will be made the research of employees satisfaction with these stimulants, and their oppinions on how these factors influence the level of motivation and their in-job behaviour, by using the questionnaire research. Second part of bachelor thesis concerns the MACTE company s.r.o characteristics. Third part then deals with analysis of motivation in MACTE company s.r.o. In the last chapter have been made various suggestions and recommendations, based on the previous analysis.
