Management neziskových organizací

Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Management neziskových organizací“ zkoumá problematiku nestátních neziskových organizací v pro ně specifických oblastech řízení financí a lidských zdrojů. V teoretické části práce jsou utříděny základní informace o neziskových organizacích, jejich členění, historie, činnosti, orgány a organizační struktura. V závěru této části práce jsou zkoumána specifika neziskových organizací a je poskytnut přehled teorie související s dále použitými metodologickými nástroji. Praktická část práce popisuje vybranou neziskovou organizaci a využívá výše zmíněné metodologické nástroje k analýze této organizace. Na základě skutečností zjištěných syntézou analýz jsou identifikovány konkrétní problémy vybrané neziskové organizace a jsou připraveny návrhy řešení těchto problémových oblastí. Součástí práce je také využití řešené problematiky v médiích skrze různé žurnalistické žánry. Autor pro potřeby práce konkrétně připravil editorial, úvodní článek o vybrané organizaci, interview se členem této organizace a anketu o událostech, které organizace pořádá.

Thesis "Management of Non-profit Organization" examines the issue of non-profit organizations in specific areas of financial management and human resources. In the theoretical part are collated basic information about nonprofit organizations, their structure, history, activities, authorities and organizational structure. At the end of this part are examined and specific non-profit organizations and is given an overview of theories related to the methodological tools used further. The practical part describes the selected non-profit organization and uses above mentioned methodological tools to analyze the organization. Based on the facts established by the synthesis of specific identified problems of selected non-profit organization, proposals to address these problem areas are prepared. The work also addressed the use of that isue in the media through various journalistic genres. Specifically, author prepared Editorial, introductory article on the selected organization, an interview with a member of this organization and a poll about the events organized by the organization.
