Analýzy růstových strategií Evropské unie

Abstract

Evropská unie reaguje na výzvy v oblasti konkurenceschopnosti prostřednictvím růstových strategií, jimiž jsou Lisabonská strategie a Strategie Evropa 2020. Pro období 2000 až 2010 byla relevantní Lisabonská strategie, jež byla primárně zaměřena na zvýšení evropské konkurenceschopnosti a dynamiky celé EU v globálním kontextu. Pro období 2010 až 2020 byla vytvořena Strategie Evropa 2020, která reagovala na důsledky světové hospodářské krize. Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat Lisabonskou strategii a Strategii Evropa 2020 a zhodnotit naplňování cílů těchto dvou růstových strategií jak na úrovni EU, tak ČR. První část bakalářské práce se zabývá hlavními důvody přijetí Lisabonské strategie, její základní charakteristikou, implementací a vyhodnocením Lisabonské strategie na úrovni EU. Druhá kapitola se věnuje Strategii Evropa 2020, a to příčinám vypracování strategie, základnímu vymezení, stanoveným cílům a perspektivám jejich naplňování. Dále zahrnuje komparaci Lisabonské strategie a Strategie Evropa 2020. Třetí část práce analyzuje vývoj obou růstových strategií na úrovni ČR prostřednictvím statistických údajů.

The European Union responds to the challenges of competitiveness through growth strategies, which are the Lisbon Strategy and the Strategy Europe 2020. The Lisbon strategy was developed for period 2000-2010, it was aimed at increasing of European competitiveness and dynamics of the whole EU in global context. The Strategy Europe 2020 was created for period 2010-2020 as a response to the global economic crisis. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to characterize the Lisbon Strategy and the Strategy Europe 2020 and to evaluate objectives of these growth strategies both at EU and national (CR) level. The first part of the thesis describes the main reasons for adoption of the Lisbon strategy, its basic characteristics, implementation and evaluation of the Lisbon strategy on EU level. The second chapter is dedicated to the Strategy Europe 2020, namely main reasons of the development strategy, the basic definition, its objectives and the perspectives of their implementation. This chapter also includes comparison of the Lisbon Strategy and the Strategy Europe 2020. The third part analyzes the evolution of both growth strategies at the national (CR) level through statistical data.
