Organizování velké sportovní akce - Zumbamaraton

Abstract

Téma mé bakalářské práce zní „Organizování velké sportovní akce – zumbamaraton“. V této práci jsem popsala náležitosti potřebné k organizaci, vymezení výhod a nevýhod dvou vybraných sportovních zařízení a veřejný průzkum potvrzující zájem o danou sportovní akci. Součástí práce je také vymezení teoretických pojmů, které s ní úzce souvisí a jsou v dalším textu využity. V následující pasáži se zabývám samotným procesem organizování, nedílnou součástí je podrobné rozepsání rozpočtu akce, výběr termínu a místa či výběr školených instruktorů. Ve své práci jsem využila dvě výzkumné techniky – dotazník a SWOT analýzu. Pomocí dotazníku jsem zjišťovala, zda by lidé navštěvující fitcentrum Club Femm měli zájem o zumbamaraton. Pomocí SWOT analýzy jsem srovnala dvě zvolená sportovní zařízení, jejich silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. V práci jsem také zmínila možné náměty a návrhy, jak zlepšit úroveň sportovních lekcí a větších akcí. Cílem mé práce bylo analyzovat veškeré organizační záležitosti spojené s organizováním podobné akce, domnívám se, že cíl byl splněn.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the organization of a big sport event, namely the zumbamarathon. I described issues connected to organizing such an event, including the description of advantages and disadvantages of holding the event at two different venues. The questionnaire included in the thesis confirms public interest in participating in zumbamarathon. Included in the thesis is a list of terms that are related to the topic and are used throughout the text. The following part deals with the organization process itself including the detailed budget, date of the event, choice of a suitable venue or hiring trained instructors. In the thesis I used two different techniques - a questionnaire to find out, if there is enough people interested in participating in such an event, and the SWOT analysis to compare advantages and disadvantages of two possible venues. In the last part I suggest some improvements to the leadership of sport lessons and bigger events. The aim of the thesis was to analyse all relevant issues related to managing such an event. I believe that all the necessary topics are covered in this thesis.
