V prvej časti som sa zameral na definovanie základných pojmov marketingu, managementu a ich rôznych typoch výskumných metód. Druhá časť je venovaná charakteristike, vybaveniu a poskytovaným službám oboch fitness centier, ktoré pomocou výskumných metód porovnávam.V tretej časti na základe výsledkov šetrenia poskytujem daným fitness centrám návrhy a doporučenia, ako by mohli zlepšiť svoje služby a na čo by mali zamerať svoju pôsobnosť. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This Bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of marketing and management of Vons Gym and Fitness Club Harmonia, both located in Martin, Slovakia. In the first part, I worked on defining the basic concepts of marketing and management and the various types of their research methods. In the second part, I compared the characteristics, equipment and services that these two centers have to offer, by using research methods. In the third part, I am offering my suggestions and recommendations on how these fitness centers could improve their services and what they should focus their scope on. | en |
