| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice vnitropodnikových směrnic. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku směrnic. Jsou zde uvedeny nejčastěji využívané vnitropodnikové směrnice. V praktické části je zahrnuta charakteristika vybrané společnosti. Dále je provedena analýza a zhodnocení vybrané vnitropodnikové směrnice. Cílem bakalářské práce je tvorba nové vnitropodnikové směrnice pro oblast dlouhodobého hmotného a nehmotného majetku a odpisový plán pro vybranou společnost. | cs |

There are describes the most frequently used internal regulation. The practical part included the characteristics of the selected company.
