dc.description.abstract	Záměrem je zhodnotit a poukázat na problematiku průmyslových zón a přímých zahraničních investic, včetně jejich vlivu na celou Českou republiku a regionální rozvoj hlavních faktorů investiční atraktivity regionu. V teoretické části jsou popsány zahraniční investice, průmyslové zóny a financování průmyslových zón v České republice, včetně vlivu na regionální rozvoj. V praktické části je specifikace průmyslových zón v České republice, kde je porovnáno pět strategických zón a průmyslové zóny v Moravskoslezském kraji.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The intention is to evaluate and refer the problems of industrial zones and foreign direct investment, including their impact on the whole Czech Republic and the regional of investment attractiveness of the region. The theoretical section describes foreign investment, industrial zones and industrial zones in the financing of the Czech Republic, including the impact on regional development. In the practical part is specification of industrial zones in the Czech Republic where is compared five strategic areas and industrial zones in the Moravian- Silesian Region.	en
