Propagace služeb konkrétního podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je propagace služeb konkrétního podniku. Jedná se o podnik ČD, a. s. V teoretické části práce jsou nejprve definovány pojmy služba a propagace. V této části je zahrnuta i charakteristika společnosti. V další části se práce zaměřuje na analýzu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na závěr je zpracován návrh nejvýhodnějšího řešení pro zlepšení služeb ČD, a.s.

The target of the Bachelor´s thesis titled is Promotion of Specific Company´s Services. This company is ČD, a.s. In theoretical part of the thesis are at the first place defined terms "service" and "publicity". In this part is also included a definition of the company. At the end is processed a proposal of the most aplicable solution for improvement of ČD, a.s.´s services.
