Návrh informačního systému pro malou výrobní firmu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování návrhu informačního systému pro malou výrobní společnost medového pečiva tak, aby vyhovoval požadavkům uživatele.

V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska pro návrh informačního systému. Etapy vývoje, strukturovaný přístup k tvorbě IS, modelování dat založené na tříúrovňové koncepci a modelování funkcí a datových toků. Dále plánování projektu a metody analýzy rizik a zásady pro návrh vstupních formulářů a výstupních sestav.

V další části je popsána analýza současného stavu společně s profilem společnosti.

V praktické části je samotný návrh systému, tvořený datovým a funkčním modelem. Jsou navržený vstupní formuláře a potřebné výstupní sestavy a procesní popis specifikující navržené funkce. HW a SW řešení implementace systému společně s projektovým řízením s časovým harmonogramem, analýzou rizik a přijetí příslušných nápravných opatření.

Poslední část obsahuje rozpočtování nákladů a očekávané výnosy a vyhodnocením efektivnosti společně s celkovým hodnocením navrhovaného řešení.

Tento návrh slouží jako podklad pro naprogramování daného systému.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design an information system for a small manufacturing company of gingerbread to suit the user’s requirements.

The first part describes the theoretical basis for the design of information systems. Stages of development, a structured method for the design of the IS, data modeling based on a three-level conception, function modeling and data flows. In addition, project management and risk analysis methods and principles for the design of input forms and reports.

The next section describes the analysis of the current situation together with the profile of the company.

The practical part is the actual design of the system consisting of data and functional model. They are drafts of the input forms, necessary reports and process description specifying the proposed functions. Hardware and software implementation along with project schedule with bar chart, risk analysis and acceptance the appropriate corrective actions.

The last section contains budgeting expenses and expected revenues and an evaluation of efficiency together with a general assessment of the proposed solutions.

This proposal serves as a basis for programming the system.
