Motivace zaměstnanců akciové společnosti

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza a hodnocení motivování zaměstnanců v podniku pivovar Ostravar. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část se věnuje seznámení se základními pojmy z oblasti motivace lidského chování a vlivu odměňování na motivaci zaměstnanců. V závěru této části je představena metodika výzkumu. V druhé části práce je popsána charakteristika podniku a způsoby, jakými podnik motivuje své zaměstnance. V závěru jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky a doporučení, která by mohla posloužit pro větší motivaci zaměstnanců. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjisti současný stav motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců v podniku pivovar Ostravar.

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is an analysis and evaluation of motivation at employees in the Ostravar Brewery. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is devoted to getting to know some basic terms from the branch of human behaviour motivation and of impact of rewarding on the motivation at employees. The methods of the research have been introduced in the final part of this part. Characteristics of the brewery and some ways of motivating its employees have been introduced in the second part. Achieved results and recommendations are summarized in the conclusion. They could be used for further motivation of employees. The main aim of this thesis was to use a questionnaire research to find out about present situation in motivation and satisfaction at employees in the Ostravar Brewery.
