Začátky podnikání v malé firmě

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je ,,Začátky podnikání v malé firmě“. Teoretická část mé práce obsahuje definice malého a středního podnikání, typy podniků, výhody a nevýhody malého středního podnikání, postup založení společnosti s ručením omezeným. Dále jsem charakterizoval strukturu a význam podnikatelského plánu, jehož součástí je finanční plán. V praktické části jsem popsal založení společnosti s ručením omezeným a časový harmonogram pro založení společnosti. V poslední části jsem vytvořil a aplikoval podnikatelský plán pro CheesyButik s. r. o. a také finanční plán pro tuto společnost.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is “Beginning of Small Business“.The theoretical part of the thesis contains a definition of a small and medium business, types of business, advantages and disadvantages of small medium business, procedure for the establishment of limited company. Then I characterized the structure and importance of the business plan which contains the financial plan. In the practical part I described the establishment of limited company and time schedule for the establishment of the company. In the last part I created and applied business plan for CheesyButik Ltd. and also financial plan for this company
