Zdravotně postižené osoby na trhu práce v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením zdravotně postižených osob a popisem jejich možnosti začlenění na trh práce v České republice. V práci se vymezují základní pojmy, popisují hlavní funkce a úkoly Úřadu práce České republiky, stručně se specifikuje politika zaměstnanosti a detailně se popisují nástroje a opatření aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, které mohou využít zdravotně postižené osoby a zkoumá se jejich uplatnění v praxi, tj. jak se tyto prostředky aplikují na pracovním trhu v České republice a zvlášť na trhu práce v Moravskoslezském kraji. Cílem práce je celkově vymezit a popsat základní právní úpravu České republiky, která se týká zdravotně postižených osob a její změny, s platností k 31. 12. 2011. Zvlášť se popisuje novela zákona o zaměstnanosti platná od 1. 1. 2012. ji. Práce popisuje a vizuálně znázorňuje vývoj nezaměstnanosti, vývoj počtu osob se ZP od roku 2004 do roku 2010 a jejich stav v roce 2011. Popisuje využívání a čerpání grantů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti na trhu práce v České republice a zvlášť také v Moravskoslezském kraji.

This thesis deals with the definition of disabled persons and a description of their potential integration into the labor market in the Czech Republic.
