Determinanty mezd a mzdová diskriminace na Hranicku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „Determinanty mezd a mzdové diskriminace na Hranicku“ je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují výši mezd na Hranicku. S ohledem na tyto determinanty pak zjistit, zda existuje mzdová diskriminace podle pohlaví. Práce je teoreticko-výzkumného charakteru. Teoretická část je věnována mzdovým determinantám, popisu rovnosti a diskriminační teorii. Budou zmíněny způsoby odstraňování nerovnosti a diskriminace na trhu práce. Následně je věnována pozornost ochraně před diskriminací na našem území v podobě protidiskriminační politiky. Jádrem aplikační části je výzkum výsledků dotazníkového šetření. V této části jsou analyzovány mzdové determinanty, které působí na výši mezd a také možná existence mzdové diskriminace na Hranicku. Přínosem bakalářské práce je mzdová analýza trhu práce.

The aim of the thesis, "The determinants of wages and wage discrimination in Hranice region" is find out what factors influence the amount of wages in Hranice region. The theoretical part is devoted to wage determinants, the description of the theory of equality and discrimination. They discussed ways of removing inequality and discrimination in the labor market.
