Ekonomika sociálních služeb v obci

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ekonomiku sociálních služeb. Sociální služby představují činnost či soubor činností, které zajišťují pomoc a podporu za účelem sociálního začlenění nebo prevence sociálního vyloučení. Řídí se zákonem č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách ve znění pozdějších předpisů a prováděcí vyhláškou MPSV č. 505/2006 Sb., kterou se provádějí některá ustanovení zákona o sociálních službách. Předmětem řešení je financování sociálních služeb poskytovaných v obci, konkrétně ve městě Mohelnici. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení sociálních služeb. Vymezuje působnost veřejné správy, definuje druhy, formy a zásady financování sociálních služeb. Ve třetí kapitole je provedena analýza financování sociálních služeb ve městě Mohelnice, včetně vymezení poskytovatelů, druhů a forem sociálních služeb. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje návrhy opatření v oblasti financování sociálních služeb stávajících i nových.

This thesis is focused on the economy of social services. Social services are activities or a set of activities that provide assistance and support for social integration or preventing social exclusion. This issue complies with the Social Services Act no. 108/2006 Sb. and the social services ministerial regulation no. 505/2006 Sb. (Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic).The subject of the thesis is funding of the social services provided by municipalities, especially in Mohelnice.The thesis is divided into five parts. The second section deals with the teoretical definition of social services in general. It defines public services activities, its types, forms and fundamentals of a social services financing. Analysis of the social services funding in Mohelnice is contained in the third part. The service providers, types and forms of Mohelnice social services are specified as well. The forth part presents conclusions and remedial measures in the area of social services funding.
