Úloha FEDu a ECB při řešení finanční a ekonomické krize

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá úlohou Federálního rezervního systému a Evropské centrální banky při řešení finanční a ekonomické krize. Cílem této diplomové práce je srovnat opatření podniknutá Evropskou centrální bankou a Federálním rezervním systémem v prvních čtyřech letech finanční krize (v letech 2007 – 2010). První kapitola se zabývá Federálním rezervním systémem. Je zde popsán vznik, vývoj, struktura, vysvětlena měnová politika, atd. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na Evropskou centrální banku. Je zde popsán historický vývoj a struktura, definováno postavení ECB, vysvětlena měnová politika, atd. Ve třetí, aplikační, kapitole jsou popsána opatření, která výše zmíněné centrální banky prováděly. Nejprve jsou tato opatření popsána a srovnána v rámci jednotlivých let, a následně jsou srovnána za celé sledované období (2007 – 2010). Je zde také vyhodnocení účinnosti těchto opatření a jejich celkové zhodnocení. V této diplomové práci byla použita metoda komparace.

This thesis examines the role of the Federal Reserve and European Central Bank during financial and economic crisis. The aim of this thesis is to compare the measures taken by the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve System in the first four years of financial crisis (in 2007 - 2010). The first chapter deals with the Federal Reserve System. This part describes the creation, development, structure, explained by monetary policy, etc. The second chapter focuses on the European Central Bank. This part describes the historical development and structure, defined by the position of the ECB's monetary policy is explained, etc. In the third Chapter describes the measures mentioned above, the Central Bank carried out. First, these measures are described and compared within individual years and then are compared for the entire period (2007 - 2010). There is also evaluating the effectiveness of these measures and their overall evaluation. In this work comparison method was used.
