Audit bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo posouzení a vyhodnocení funkčnosti systému bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) ve vybrané organizaci v těchto oblastech: politika BOZP, pracovní úrazovost, průběh auditů, vyhledávání a vyhodnocení rizik a poskytování osobních ochranných pracovních pomůcek. Pro tyto účely byla využita technika analýzy dokumentů, která byla s ohledem na odbornost problematiky BOZP doplněna konzultací formou polostandardizovaného rozhovoru s personálním ředitelem, který za problematiku BOZP v dané organizaci zodpovídá. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska BOZP. Druhá část se zabývá charakteristikou použité metodologie, tj. analýzou kvalitativních dat. Třetí část je koncipována jako realizace průzkumu funkčnosti systému BOZP ve vybrané organizaci, na základě které je v poslední části provedeno vyhodnocení výsledku auditu a vytvoření případných návrhů pro zlepšení. Z výsledku auditu vyplynulo, že organizace splňuje nejen legislativní požadavky týkající se problematiky BOZP, ale realizuje také aktivity, které jsou nad rámec zákonem stanovených požadavků. Pro možné zvýhodnění organizace při získávání potenciálních obchodních zakázek a dosažení úrovně srovnatelné s ostatními zeměmi Evropské unie, byla doporučena účast v programu Bezpečný podnik.

The aim of this master thesis was to evaluate how effectively the system of Health and Safety at Work works in these areas: Health and Safety at Work policy, accidental rate, audits, risk searching and evaluating and providing with the personal protective working aid in the selected company. For this purpose, the analysis of documents and the interview with the human resources officer were used. The master thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical side of Health and Safety at Work. The second part contains the characterization of the methodology, i.e. analysis of the qualitative data. In the third part, the inquiry was implemented which served as a basic for the last part, i.e. the evaluation of the result of the audit and the creation of possible suggestions. As the analysed data provided from audit showed, the company not only meets the requirements set by the law, but it also tries to implement the extra activities to increase the level of Health and Safety at Work. The opportunity for the company in gaining an advantage against other competitors and increasing the level of Health and Safety at Work so that it enables the comparison with the European Union’s members could pose the programme Safe Enterprise.
