Právní úprava, účetnictví a zdaňování neziskových veřejnoprávních organizací rozpočtového a příspěvkového typu v České republice a ve Slovenské republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce mapuje současnou právní úpravu týkající se organizace, pravomocí, hospodaření a finanční kontroly některých vybraných účetních jednotek v České republice a jim odpovídajícím organizacím veřejného sektoru ve Slovenské republice. Dále jsou popsány metody účetnictví a výkaznictví a také rozsah a způsob zdaňování těchto jednotek. Práce ve svém závěru poznatky získané v obou státech srovnává.

The graduation thesis follows the current legislation regarding the organization, powers, economy activities and financial control of some selected accounting units in the Czech Republic and their corresponding public sector organizations in the Slovak Republic. There are described the methods of accounting and financial reporting, and the extent and methods of taxation of these units too. The thesis compares the knowledge gained in both countries in finding.
