Založení vlastního podnikatelského subjektu

Abstract

Má diplomová práce se zabývá založením vlastního podnikatelského subjektu, v mém případě společnosti CrossFit Arena, s. r. o., takovým způsobem, aby byl můj plán využitelný do budoucna a mohl na jeho základě navrhnout doporučení k budoucí činnosti. V teoretické části charakterizuji základní teoretická východiska mé práce, které vysvětlují pojmy, se kterými je spojeno podnikání. Přecházím od základních pojmů přes formy financování a teorii rizika až k jednotlivým metodám, které se používají v rámci strategické analýzy a jsou využity i v praktické části práce. V praktické části nejdříve představím podnikatelskou ideu, pak analyzuji trh na základě analýz makrookolí a mikrookolí s využitím metody PEST a Porterova pětifaktorového modelu. Navazuje zpracovaný podnikatelský plán včetně finančního plánu v takové podobě, v jaké by byl využitelný v praxi. Praktická část je ukončena seznamem návrhů a doporučení.

My thesis deals with setting up a new business, in my case of CrossFit Arena, s. r. o. in such manner, that is would be useful in the future and that in the end I would be able to suggest or recommend some ways to improve the future enterpreneurship. In theoretical part of my thesis, I specify basic theoretical basis to explain terms, that the enterpreneurship is connected to. I go from explaining the basic terms, over forms of financing and theory of risk to specification of separate methods, that are used in the concept of Situation Analysis and are used in the practical part of my thesis. In practical part of my thesis, I introduce the business idea first, then I analyse the market based on macrobackground and microbackground methods using the PEST method and Porter´s five forces analysis. I continue with rendered business plan including financial plan in such manner, that it would be useful and usable in praxis. Practical part of my thesis is ending with a list of my suggestions and recommendations.
