Příčiny a důsledky padělání a pozměňování peněz a jeho eliminace

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce byla analýza příčin a důsledků padělání a pozměňování peněz a navržení dalších možností, které by mohly vést k potlačení padělání a pozměňování peněz. V první kapitole je uvedena historie peněz a další pojmy související s paděláním a pozměňováním peněz. Druhá kapitola je věnována samotné analýze, zkoumání příčin a důsledků, které padělání a pozměňování peněz působí. Ekonomické důsledky padělání peněz jsem rozdělil na důsledky mikroekonomické a makroekonomické. Právní důsledky padělání peněz jsou rozděleny z hlediska správního a trestního. V rámci popisu trestního hlediska je popsána úprava podle nového trestního zákoníku. Poslední kapitola je věnována popisu nástrojů, které slouží k minimalizaci padělání a pozměňování peněz včetně ochranných prvků. V této kapitole také uvádím potencionální možnosti, které vychází z analýzy příčin a důsledků padělatelské činnosti a které mohou padělatelskou činnost ztížit.

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the causes and consequences of counterfeiting and forgery of money and to come up with further options, which could lead to the supression of counterfeiting and forgery of money. The first chapter describes the history of money and other terms related to counterfeiting and forgery of money. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis and examining the causes and consequnces that affected counterfeiting and forgery of money. The economic implications have been divided into micro and macro. Legal consequences of counterfeiting was divided in terms of administrative and criminal. The description of criminal offenses is described in accordance with the new standards of the Criminal Code. The last chapter is devoted to the possibilities which bring the minimizing of the counterfeiting and forgery of money including also present the security features. In this chapter I also use potential opinion based on analysis of the causes and consequences of counterfeiting and forgery of money, which can reduce the counterfeiting activities.
