Návrh strategie dalšího využití multifunkčního sportoviště v Těškovicích

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout strategii pro další využití multifunkčního sportoviště v obci Těškovice, jehož výstavba byla spolufinancována z prostředků Evropské Unie. Vstupem k nastavení správné strategie byly data získané z externí a interní analýzy, včetně vytvoření SWOT analýzy a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. Nebyla opomenuta ani doba udržitelnosti, která se vztahuje na projekty financované z veřejných prostředků. V souvislosti s výsledky strategické analýzy byly implementovány kroky, které vedou k nastavení strategie expanze, obsahující návrh webových stránek, včetně loga, zaměstnání odpovědné osoby a rozšíření nabídky kulturních a sportovních akcí konaných v areálu sportoviště.

The pupose of my thesis was to suggest a strategy for the further use of a multifunctional sports field in Těškovice. EU assisted in the funding of the construction. Input to the setting of the right strategy was information from an extrenal and internal analysis, including creation of SWOT analysis and assessment of questionnaire. We did’t forget expiry time, which applies on projects financed from the public funds. In connection to the results in strategic analysis steps were interpreted and these steps leads to on option of stategic axpansion and includes logo, job for responsible person and spread of offer of cultural and sports actions carried out in the area of the sports field.
