| dc.description.abstract | Tématem mé diplomové práce, je týmová páce v závisloti na odbytu zakázek. Cílem je zjistit příčiny poklesu odbytu a následné předložení návrhů pro zlepšení. Jako první sestavím teoretické podklady, ze kterých budu v práci dále vycházel.Praktická část budu věnována analýze týmové práce a týmovým procesům v letech 2009 až 2012. V závěrečné kapitole předložím vlastní návrhy a doporučení. | cs |

The purpouse is to determine the decline in sales subsequently suggest improvements. First I will form theoretical bases from which I will then continue. Next part is focused on the analysis of team work and team processes in the years 2009 to 2012.
