| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce pojednává o analýze výkonnosti sportovních zařízení. Hlavním východiskem pro hodnocení výkonnosti je sestavení SWOT analýzy a procesních analýz u dílčích sportovišť vybrané sportovní organizace. Další oblastí zájmu je sledování vývoje výnosů, nákladů včetně hospodářského výsledku a provedení finanční analýzy. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou předložena doporučení, která mohou vést ke zlepšení současného stavu výkonnosti sportovní organizace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis deals with Analysis of Sports Facilities Performance. The main starting point of performance evaluation is creation of SWOT analysis and process analysis of particular sports venues of selected sports organization. The next area of interest is monitoring of development of total revenues, total costs including economic results and execution of financial analysis. On the basis of discovered results I present recommendations that may lead to improvement of current state of the sports organization performance. | en |
