Program opatření na ochranu vod v povodí Odry

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením Programu opatření k ochraně vod v povodí Odry. Skládá se z tří částí. První část se zaměřuje na vymezení evropské legislativy, zejména Rámcové směrnice, která je implementována do české legislativy. V další části je vymezeno povodí Odry a vysvětleno hodnocení jakosti povrchových vod. Třetí část se zabývá problematikou sledování povrchových vod a vytvoření Programu opatření. Součástí práce je analýza relevantních pesticidů. Cílem práce je zjistit míru realizace opatření pro 1. plánovací období. Výsledky jsou shrnuty do souhrnného hodnocení.

This thesis evaluates Program of Measures to Protect Waters in the Odra River Basin. It consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the definition of European legislation, in particular the Framework Directive, which is implemented into the Czech legislation. The next section is defined by the Oder and is explaining assessment of surface water quality. The third part is dealing with the monitoring of surface waters and creation of Program of measures. Part of this thesis is to analyze the relevant pesticides. The main aim of this work is to determine the extent of implementation measures for the first planning period. The results are summarized in the general assessment.
