Diferenciace mezd v České republice

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo zkoumat diferenciaci mezd ČR z hlediska sektorů, krajů a profesí ve vybraných obdobích. Teoretická část práce je věnována vymezením základních pojmů odměňování. Třetí kapitola je věnována zvoleným testům, které jsou použity v praktické části pro zjišťování diferenciace mezd. V kapitole je také charakterizována vybraná část popisné charakteristiky, která hraje důležitou roli při testování statistických hypotéz. Poslední kapitola je věnována testování hypotéz náhodně zvolených výběrů hrubých středních mezd. První podkapitola praktické části se věnuje diferenci sektorů z hlediska zvolených pěti profesí bez ohledu na kraje. Ve druhé podkapitole je provedena analýza hrubých středních mezd z hlediska jednotlivých krajů ČR bez ohledu na druh zaměstnání. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky prováděných testů z praktické části.

The aim of diploma thesis was to investigate the differentiation of wages of the Czech Republic in terms of sectors, regions and occupations in selected periods. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the basic terms of remuneration. The third chapter is devoted to selected tests that are used in practice for the detection of wage differentiation. The selected test is characterized by a selected part of the descriptive characteristics, which plays an important role in testing hypotheses. The last chapter is devoted to testing hypotheses random selections of gross wages medium. The first section will be devoted to the practical difference in terms of the sectors selected five professions regardless of region. In the second sub-chapter is an analysis of secondary gross wages in terms of individual regions, regardless of the type of employment. The conclusion summarizes the results of tests of the practical part.
