Analýza poruchovosti strojů a ekonomické dopady těchto poruch v podmínkách společnosti VP, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu poruchovosti strojů a ekonomické dopady těchto poruch ve společnosti VP, a.s. Analýza probíhala ve výrobním oddělení této společnosti a k analýze byla využita metoda FMEA. Pozornost byla zaměřena na průběh pálícího procesu a zejména na jeho zastavení z důvodu poruchy. Poruchy byly analyzovány z hlediska možnosti výskytu, dopadu na podnik a zákazníka a možnosti odhalení poruch. Na základě přiřazených expertních ratingů bylo spočítáno RPN a následně navržena opatření vedoucí ke snížení tohoto čísla. Na základě analýzy byly poté navrženy opatření, řešící problematiku poruchovosti strojů ze systémového hlediska. Při zpracovávání jsem vycházel z teoretického výkladu metody FMEA a použitých pomocných ukazatelů. Při samotné aplikaci teoretických východisek byly použity interní zdroje podniku, zejména výpovědi kompetentních osob a studium interních dokumentů.

This thesis is focused on the analysis of machinery and economic consequences of these failures in the company VP, a.s. The analysis was carried out in the production department of the company and for analyzing was used method FMEA. Attention was focused on the progress of the cutting process and in particular to stop due to a fault. Disorders were analyzed in terms of the possibility of occurrence, impact on businesses and consumers a possibility of undetected faults. On the basis of the assigned expert ratings were calculated RPN and consequently measures designed to reduce this number. On the basis of the analysis were then proposed measures to address the issue of failure of machines from the system point of view.

In the processing I came out of the theoretical interpretation of FMEA and the auxiliaries indicators. In actual application of theoretical bases have been used internal resources of the company, in particular the testimony of competent persons and the study of internal documents.
