| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku implementace systému DRG ve vybraném nemocničním zařízení. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení vybraných základních pojmů, financování a metodám úhrad zdravotní péče v České republice i ve světě. Následuje bližší charakteristika systému DRG a konstrukce verze IR-DRG. Praktická část hodnotí systém DRG ve vybraném nemocničním zařízení a jeho vliv na průměrnou délku hospitalizace pacientů, bodové hodnocení a vzájemný poměr vedlejších diagnóz dle jejich závažnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The diploma work is focused on the implementation of the DRG system in selected hospital. The theoretical part deals with the definition of selected basic terms and methods of financing the healthcare payments in the Czech Republic and abroad. The more detailed characterization of the DRG system and construction of the IR-DRG version follows. The practical part assesses the DRG system in selected hospital and its impact on the average length of patients´ hospitalization, the score and the mutual relation of secondary diagnoses according to their seriousness. | en |
