| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá problematikou vzniku rizik při transakcích na realitním trhu a právními možnostmi jejich řešení. V této práci se charakterizuje trh s nemovitostmi na území ČR včetně vysvětlení základních pojmů jako nemovitost, vlastnická práva, katastr nemovitostí a další. Dále se identifikují rizika, která mohou nastat na realitním trhu a nakonec se postupně rozebírají smlouvy uzavírané při obchodování s nemovitostmi. Těmito smlouvami se řeší jednotlivá ustanovení tak, aby se vzniku rizik zabránilo. | cs |

The thesis also deals with risks which can arise in the real estate market. Finally, it describes contracts concluded in the field of real estate business.
