| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce Financování TJ Sokol Poruba je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření Sokolu Poruba a jeho vlastních oddílů. Jedná se o neziskovou organizaci fungující v oblasti sportu. Sokol využívá více zdrojové financování, ale i to je nedostačující pro jeho činnost.
Diplomová práce zahrnuje pět kapitol, včetně úvodu a závěru. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se sportu, typu sportovních organizací a možných zdrojů financování. Praktická část je věnována TJ Sokol Poruba, kde je prozkoumána hospodářská činnost jednotlivých oddílů. Čtvrtá kapitola shrnuje hospodaření celé tělocvičné jednoty a obsahuje také návrhy na doporučení ke zlepšení.
Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat hospodaření a způsob financování TJ Sokol Poruba a jeho oddílů, patřících pod tuto organizaci. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis Financing TJ Sokol Poruba is focused on the analysis of management Sokol Poruba and his sports clubs. This is a non-profit organization working in the field of sports. Sokol uses multiple sources of funding, but it is insufficient for its activity.
The thesis contains five chapters, including introduction and conclusion. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to sports, the type of sports organizations and potential funding sources. The practical part is devoted to TJ Sokol Poruba, where economic activity is explored various divisions. The fourth chapter summarizes the economic performance of the gymnastic and also contains proposals and recommendations for improvement.
Purpose of this thesis is to analyze the management and financing TJ Sokol Poruba and its divisions, belonging under this organization. | en |
