Společenská odpovědnost vybrané firmy

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je společenská odpovědnost ve vybrané firmě. Cílem práce je analýza společensky odpovědných aktivit ve zmíněné organizaci za účelem posouzení, zda je možné oficiálně zahrnout CSR do strategie a kultury firmy. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, a to jmenovitě na část teoretickou a část praktickou. První část zahrnuje teoretickou základnu společenské odpovědnosti, která jsou zároveň východiskem pro další část této práce. Druhá, tzv. praktická část této práce je věnována charakteristice vybrané organizace a také popisu společensky odpovědných aktivit, které již firma vykonává. Analýza CSR aktivit byla provedena pomocí obsahové analýzy interních dokumentů a pomocí rozhovoru s manažerem firmy. Na základě zjištěných informací byly vytvořeny návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly vést k implementaci CSR ve vybrané firmě.

The topic of this thesis is Corporate Social Responsibility of the selected firm. The aim of this thesis is to analyze CSR activities of the selected organisation to assess if this firm could officially include CSR to its strategy and culture. This thesis is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical part and practical part. The first part contains theoretical base of the corporate social responsibility that is also the background for the next part of this thesis. The second, so called pratical, part of this thesis is dedicated to the characterisation of the chosen organisation and to the description of the corporate social responsibility of the selected firm. Analysis of the CSR activities was performed by means of the analysis of the internal documents and interview with a manager of the selected firm. Suggestions and recommendations that could lead to implementation of CSR in selected firm were submitted on the basis of the information gathered.
