Teoretická část se zabývá výkladem základních pojmů : management, manažer, manažerské funkce. Praktická část je zaměřena na fotbalový klub 1. SC Znojmo a. s. Pomocí analýzy SWOT byly zjištěny silné a slabé stránky klubu. Na základě zjištěných informací byly stanoveny návrhy a doporučení pro vedení klubu. | cs |
