Evropská unie jako celní unie

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Evropskou unií jako celní unií. V první kapitole je popsán stručný vývoj EU, charakterizuje jednotlivé stupně integrace a vymezuje pojem clo a budoucí vývoj celní unie. Druhá kapitola pojednává o právní úpravě celní unie, hlavně o SCS a celním kodexu, ale také o antidumpingových clech, všeobecném systému preferencí a českých zákonech atd. V poslední kapitole jsou rozebrány ekonomické důsledky cel. Jsou zde popsány typy cel a jejich teoretický dopad na ekonomiku státu. Statistiky týkající se cel jsou v této kapitole obsaženy také.

This thesis deals with the European Union as a customs union. The first chapter describes the brief development of the EU, characterizes various degrees of integration and defines customs and future development of the Customs Union. The second chapter deals with the legislation of the Customs Union, especially the SCS and the Customs Code, but also with the anti-dumping duties, Generalized System of Preferences and Czech law, etc. The last chapter analyzed the economic consequences of duties. There are described types of customs and their theoretical impact on the economy of the state. Statistics relating to the customs in this chapter are also included.
