Modernizace vzdušných sil Armády České republiky

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá modernizací Vzdušných sil Armády České republiky se zaměřením na zjištění ideální struktury vojenské techniky. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřena na teoretickou část ekonomiky obrany státu, fungování armády a financování ministerstva obrany a Vzdušných sil AČR. Druhá kapitola se zabývá třemi hlavními modernizačními programy v časovém období 2003 – 2011. V závěrečné kapitole je porovnání možností modernizace v návaznosti na Bílou knihu o obraně a návrh ideální struktury techniky Vzdušných sil.

This bachelor thesis deals with the modernization of the Czech Air Force, focusing on finding the ideal structure of its military equipment. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical part of the economy of national defense, military functioning and financing of the Ministry of Defense and Czech Air Force. The second chapter deals with three main modernization programmes for teh period 2003-2011. In the final chapter, the upgradeability in response to the White Paper on Defense and a proposal of an ideal structure of techniques the Air Force equipment are compared and presented.
