Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci ve společnosti REMAK, a. s.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci ve společnosti REMAK. a. s., sídlící v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení bezpečnosti práce ve společnosti na základě mezinárodní normy ČSN OHSAS 18 001. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část charakterizuje bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci a vymezuje základní pojmy související s tématem práce. Dále se zabývá postavením dané problematiky v Evropské unii, a které instituce se zabývají oblastí bezpečnosti a ochranou zdraví při práci, strategie Unie a ostatní projekty v rámci zmíněné problematiky. V druhé části je představena firma, tzn. její vznik, organizační struktura a současnost firmy. Dále je v této části provedena analýza vyhodnocení pracovní úrazovosti dané organizace, což je dílčí cíl této práce. Obsahem třetí části práce je zhodnocení bezpečnosti práce podniku podle normy OHSAS, jejímž cílem je zmapovat nedostatky v oblasti BOZP.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the safety and health protection at work in the company REMAK, a. s. which is located in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate safety at work in the company based on standard OHSAS 18 001. The study is divided into three parts. The first part describes main safety and health protection conditions at work and defines fundamental terms that are related to this topic. It deals with the position of the issue in the European Union aswell, and institutions which are related with occupational safety and health at work, the Union's strategy and other projects in the mentioned issues. The second part presents the company: its formation, organizational structure and the present company. There is also an analysis of the evalutation of work-related injuries of the organization made in this part of the thesis, which is its fractional aim. The third part of the thesis contains the evaluation of the safety standards of the company using the OHSAS standard. The aim of this part is to map the weaknesses in health and safety at Work.
