Práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku úvěrových produktů a leasingu, jejich právní úpravu, klíčové pojmy a jejich výhody a nevýhody. Hlavním cílem práce je srovnat úvěrové a leasingové financování na třech typech investic u vybrané firmy a doporučení optimálního financování pro danou investici.
