| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo provést analýzu managementu Tanečního klubu Danza Brno. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. První část je zaměřená na teoretické vymezení pojmů, které jsou použity v části praktické. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření, rozhovoru s manažerem taneční školy a SWOT analýzy je vykreslena současná situace klubu a v závěru práce jsou popsány návrhy a doporučení týkající se především managementu Tanečního klubu Danza Brno. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to carry out an analysis of the Dance club Danza Brno. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part is focused on theoretical specification of key concepts, which are used in practical part. The current state of the club is then delineated by a questionnaire survey, interview with the dance club's manager and SWOT analysis. In the end of the thesis there are made suggestions mainly relating to the management of the Dance club Danza Brno. | en |
