Motivace zaměstnanců ve slévárně

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je motivace zaměstnanců ve slévárně. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, co zaměstnance této společnosti motivuje, jaké mají preference v oblasti stimulačních prostředků a jak hodnotí jejich současný stav. K tomuto výzkumu byla použita metoda písemného dotazování. V rámci teoretické části jsou nejprve vysvětleny pojmy, které s problematikou souvisí, poté je zde věnována pozornost vybraným motivačním teoriím, vztahu mezi motivací a výkonností a stimulačním prostředkům. Rozebírá se zde také motivační program a metody sběru dat. Na začátku praktické části je stručně charakterizována společnost a způsob jakým motivuje zaměstnance. Následuje popis dotazníku a analýza výsledků. Na konci jsou doporučení pro společnost a shrnutí celé práce

The bachelor thesis is focused on Employee motivation in a foundry. The main objective of this thesis is to find out, what motivates the employee in this company and how they evaluate their present state. For this research was used the written questioning. At the begining of the theoretic chapter are described the basic terms connected with motivation, some theories of motivation and the relationship between motivation and performance. The next part of this chapter is motivation programme and methods of collecting information. In the application part is described the company and the motivating factors, that are in this organization used. The next is analysis of the results and at the end of this thesis are some recommendations for company and the summary.
