Návrh datové základny IS pro malou firmu v oblasti služeb

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit návrh datové základny IS pro malou firmu v oblasti služeb, který by měl přispět k zefektivnění a urychlení práce zaměstnanců. V úvodu je popsaná podstata informačních systémů a stručná charakteristika firmy. V teoretické části byly vysvětleny základní pojmy a teorie, které byli pro vytvoření návrhu nezbytné. Další část se věnuje analýze písemných dokumentů a osobního rozhovoru, které jsou potřebné pro získání důležitých informací, na základě kterých bylo navrženo řešení. Poslední část se věnuje návrhu řešení na základě tříúrovňová koncepce datového modelování a mapování funkcí pomocí funkčního modelování. Pomocí získaných informací byly vyspecifikovány objekty a následně vymodelován E-R diagram zobrazující entity a jejich vztahy.

The aim of this thesis was to design a data base of information systems for small business in services, which should help to streamline and expedite their work. The introduction described the nature of information systems and a brief description of the company. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and theories that were necessary to create a design. Another part is devoted to the analysis of written documents and personal interview is required for obtaining important information on which the proposed solution. The last part deals with design solutions based on three level concept of data modeling and mapping functions using functional modeling. Using this information, having specified the objects were modeled and subsequently ER diagram showing entities and their relationships.
