| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vypracování stručné komparace a analýzy managementu dvou vybraných českých fotbalových klubů. Úkolem bylo odhalit a zdůvodnit rozdíly. Teoretická část byla věnovaná základním pojmům, praktická část výzkumnému šetření klubů. Ze získaných informací byla provedena analýza a následná komparace obou klubů. V závěru práce jsou návrhy a doporučení, které by měly pomoci klubům ke zlepšení současné situace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor thesis was to analyze and comparison of two selected czech football clubs. I aimed to assess and justify differences. Theoretical part was focused on the basic notions, practical part was focused on research and comparison of clubs. An analysis and subsequent comparison of both clubs were done according to the acquired information. In the end of thesis are suggestions and recommendations that would help clubs to improve the current situation. | en |
