Provozování technických služeb v obci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je složena z pěti částí a to z úvodu, tří kapitol a závěru. Také jsou vloženy přílohy. V první kapitole je obsažena teorie, která se vztahuje k řešené problematice technických služeb. Vymezuje důležité pojmy, které definuje Zelená kniha o službách obecného zájmu. Druhá kapitola je zaměřená na Technické služby Karviná, a.s., které jsou složeny ze čtyř provozoven. Těmi jsou odpady, údržba, zeleň a doprava. Rozebrány jsou činnosti těchto provozoven a hospodaření společnosti. V poslední kapitole je rozebrána problematika dotací, privatizace a shrnutí činnosti Technických služeb Karviná, a.s. Cílem práce je zhodnotit výhody a nevýhody privatizace technických služeb.

The bachelor thesis is composed of five parts, namely an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. They are also embedded attachments. The second chapter is focused on Technical services Karvina a.s., which are composed of four plants. These include the waste, maintenance, green and transportation. It analyzes the activities of these establishments and economic activities of the company. The last chapter discusses the issue of subsidies, privatization and a summary of activities of Technical services Karvina, a.s. The aim is to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of privatization of technical services.
