Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na historii fitness a analýzu trhu. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na osm fitness center, která jsou analyzována metodou Mystery Shopping. Cílem této bakalářské práce je přehledně zhodnotit zkoumaná fitness centra a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení ke každému fitness centru. | cs |
