Finanční analýza vybraného podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „Finanční analýza vybraného podniku“ je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti RENATEX CZ a.s. pomocí vybraných metod finanční analýzy a porovnání výsledků s konkurenčním podnikem. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na popis metodologie finanční analýzy, na její uživatele a zdroje. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vybraným metodám finanční analýzy, které umožňují posouzení finanční situace podniku. Jsou popsány ukazatele absolutní, rozdílové a poměrové, dále také vybrané predikční modely. Třetí kapitole je věnována stručná charakteristika a historie společnosti RENATEX CZ a.s. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou aplikovány metody popsané v teoretické části na vybranou společnost. Je provedeno zhodnocení výsledků finanční analýzy a porovnání výsledků s největším konkurenčním podnikem v České republice.

The aim of this thesis is to objectively evaluate the financial situation of the chosen company RENATEX CZ a.s. and compare the outcomes with a rival company. Chapter no. 2 contains a description of the methods of financial analysis, its users and resources. In addition, the chapter is focused on the particular methods which allow assessing the financial health of the company. Various kinds of indexes are described in the thesis (absolute, ratio and differential indexes). Selected bankruptcy prediction models are presented as well. Chapter no. 3 includes a brief description and history of chosen the company RENATEX CZ a.s. The following chapter (no. 4) is focused on the applied methods described in the theoretical part. The assessment of the financial analysis outcomes is presented. The results are compared with the biggest rival company in the Czech Republic.
