Využití a evaluace Národního strategického referenčního rámce ČR v programovém období 2007-2013

Abstract

Politika hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti Evropské unie patří mezi jednu z hlavních priorit Evropské unie. Cílem politiky hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti Evropské unie je podpora rovnoměrného a udržitelného ekonomického rozvoje, zlepšení životního prostředí ve státech Evropské unie a také je velký důraz kladen na inovace a s tím související rozvoj konkurenceschopnosti jednotlivých ekonomik členských států Evropské unie. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit využití a čerpání strukturální pomoci EU v ČR na úrovni Národního strategického referenčního rámce v programovém období 2007 – 2013. V bakalářské práci se tedy sleduje vývoj čerpání prostředků se strukturálních fondů Evropské unie, zvyšující se počet žadatelů o dotaci ze strukturálních fondů a také stále vysoké procento projektů, které neprojde schvalovacím řízením.

Economic and social cohesion policy in the European Union belongs to one of the main priorities of the European Union. The aim of economic and social cohesion policy in the European Union is to support balanced and sustainable economic development, improve the environment in the European Union and also great emphasis on innovation and the related development of the competitiveness of the economies of the Member States of the European Union. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the use and release of EU structural funds in the Czech Republic of the National Strategic Reference Framework in the Programming Period 2007 - 2013. The bachelor thesis follows the progress of the utilization of EU Structural Funds, an increasing number of applicants for grants from the structural funds and the still high percentage of projects that fail accreditation.
