Finanční řízení a čerpání strukturální pomoci z fondů EU v ČR

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je Finanční řízení a čerpání strukturální pomoci z fondů EU v ČR, jejímž cílem je uceleně a jednoduše popsat tuto problematiku. Práce není zaměřena na konkrétní operační program či konkrétní problém, ale popisuje problematiku jako celek. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení se a nastínění této problematiky, tak, aby i laický čtenář pochopil základní problematiku týkající se evropských dotací. Téma je zvoleno záměrně, jelikož se týká každého občana České republiky. Při zpracování bakalářské práce je brán zřetel právě na neodbornou veřejnost, aby byla seznámena s tímto tématem co nejlépe. Jedním z dílčích cílů je teoretické seznámení se systémem čerpání evropských dotací. Dalším dílčím cílem je přiblížení aktuální situace České republiky v rámci využívání fondů EU a zjištění, jakým způsobem se řeší případné nesrovnalosti.

The theme of this work is financial management and use of structural funds from the EU funds in the Czech Republic, which aims to seamlessly and simply describe this issue. The work is focused on specific operational program or a specific problem, but describes the issue as a whole. The main aim of this thesis is to introduce and outline the issue so that a lay reader to understand the basic issues relating to European subsidies. The theme is chosen deliberately, since it concerns every citizen of the Czech Republic. When processing work is taken into account just to give the general public to be familiar with this topic as possible. One of the goals of the theoretical familiarization with the system drawing of European subsidies. Another sub-goal is to approach the current situation in the Czech Republic the use of EU funds and to determine how to resolve any discrepancies.
