Vliv institucionálních faktorů na dlouhodobý ekonomický růst

Abstract

Tato studie se zabývá problémem, jenž vznikl nesouladem závěrů nových teorií růstu s pozorováním objektivní reality, konkrétně pak z pohledu institucionální ekonomie. Cílem práce je ověřit výchozí předpoklad, že institucionální faktory ovlivňují dlouhodobý ekonomický růst, a to jednak teoretickým popisem ekonomické reality, pomocí výsledků empirických měření, ale také ukázkami z historického vývoje vybraných ekonomik. Všechny tři tyto cesty stanovený předpoklad nakonec jednoznačně potvrzují a vedou tak nevyhnutelně k závěru o nutnosti vytvoření nové růstové teorie, která by v sobě zahrnovala také vliv institucí. Jako nezbytná podmínka k tomuto kroku zde byla shledána úplná matematizace institucionálních faktorů, ke které zatím stále zdaleka nedošlo.

This study deals with the problem that arose as a result of mismatch conclusions of the new growth theory with observation of the objective reality, specifically from the perspective of the institutional economics. The aim of this work is to verify the initial assumption that institutional factors affect long-term economic growth, both in the theoretical description of economic reality, using the results of empirical measurements, but also by examples of the historical development of selected economies. All three of these paths ultimately clearly confirm the set assumption and lead inevitably to the conclusion about the need of creating a new growth theory, which would include also the influence of institutions. A prerequisite to this step was found here to complete a mathematization of institutional factors, which still haven't been done.
