Studium růstu bakteriálního kmene Rhodococcus sp. v prostředí s toxickými kovy

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to study the growth of bacterial strain Rhodococcus sp. in the environment with toxic metals. Actual/full work consists of several chapters. The introductory part of this work is the chapter which includes an overview of toxic metals in the environment and their basic characteristic. Characteristic of bacterial strain Rhodococcus sp. including its use is elaborately made in following part. The next part engages in bacterial reaction to environment with ions of metals, where are described basic principles. The experimental part is focused on the evaluation of the bacterial strain growth in the environment with selected metals (Cr, Zn, Ni, Cd, Pb). In conclusion of this work there is introduced summary and outline of possible use of this bacterial strain in industrial biotechnologies.
