Využití standardů technologických postupů souvisejících se správou, provozem a udržbou majetku a procesů s nimi spojených

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je shrnout teoretická východiska potřebná pro TSB a pro vytvoření standardů technologických postupů využívaných při správě. Konečným cílem je vytvořit standard použitelný při softwarové podpoře správy budov. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o TSB evidence dokumentace potřebné k této správě (provozní dokumentace), dále pak jednotlivá technická zařízení a vyhrazená technická zařízení a softwarovou podporu TSB. Praktická část se zabývá současným stavem standardů postupů v praxi, dále vytvořením jednotné metodiky pro tvorbu standardů. Dále práce porovnává jednotlivé nároky standardů z hlediska technických oblastí. Nakonec se práce zabývá vytvořením textových standardů technologických postupů pro správu kotelny a datovým souborem pro softwarem, který je možné využít v technické praxi.

The objective of this thesis is to summarize the theoretical background needed for the technical management of buildings and for creation of standards for technological processes used to manage. Ultimate objective is to create a standard to use in building management software support. The theoretical part summarizes the findings of the technical management of buildings, evidence of documentation needed for this manage (operational documentation), as well as individual technical devices and dedicated technical devices and software support technical management of buildings. The practical part deals with the current state of practice in the field of standards, as well as creating a unified methodology for creating standards. Furthermore, it compares individual claims standards in terms of technical areas. Finally, the work deals with creating text standards of technological processes for managing the boiler room and the data file for the software that can be used in technical practice.
