Vliv respektování interkulturních rozdílů mezi zaměstnanci nadnárodní organizace na jejich pracovní výkon

Abstract

The thesis is based on the theory of intercultural management and it evaluates it's importance in contemporary multinational organizations. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concepts of culture, organizational culture, intercultural management, it describes the forms of management and leadership and defines the need of active intercultural management. The practical part is devoted to the research, which took place in five multinational organizations. Using quantitative and qualitative methods, it evaluates the situation in organizations, examines the need of the principles of intercultural management and intercultural synergy in said multicultural companies. At the end of the thesis, recommendations for a selected multinational organization are defined.
