Tísňové a doplňující informování obyvatelstva při krizových situacích

Abstract

The thesis is focused on providing emergency and additional information for population. In the first part of the thesis there is described the current system used in the Czech Republic, and then also systems used abroad. Consecutively there is an analysis of means of providing emergency and additional information, extraordinary events and types of settlements. Depending on this analysis, I determined convenient means and form of providing emergency and additional information for extraordinary events and types of settlements. One part of the thesis is focused on means of informing people with sensor impairment and foreigners. In the conclusion there are introduced some other possible approaches for the topic.
