Analýza možností zabezpečení zimního stadionu

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the possibilities for secure the Winter stadium of Ivan Hlinka in Litvínov during ice-hockey matches and beyond them. The theses contains an analysis of the legal aspects related to security of object and the provision of services of a private security agency and then introduce the description of the locality with a partial focus on the historical development of building the stadium. The descriptive part of the thesis forms current condition of physical protection of object to the appropriate parts, which are in context the basis for the risk analysis of procedural and structural aspects. The last part of the thesis deals with the proposal of security standard for winter stadiums in the Czech Republic and based on it deals with the variant proposal of solutions appropriate to the risks assessed by analysis, including implementation of innovative technologies, and economic costs of these proposals.
