Měření spokojenosti zákazníků se službami e-shopu

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on measuring customer satisfaction with e-shop´s services for swimmers. The aim is to determine total satisfaction of existing customers e-shop SWIMMING.cz. Partial goals is to determine how customers value the services offered, products, as well as appearance content and clarity of the website adress. The main source of information was the primary data that was collected through a questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the research were provided suggestions and recommendations that could be used by e-shop owner to any axle.
